Survivors in Transition are committed to becoming a leading authority in the area of childhood sexual abuse and have launched two game changing pieces of research in partnership with University of Suffolk. In July 2018 Rubious assisted us with the production of a high quality report which has been disseminated nationally and is being used to inform policy and the response to survivors of sexual abuse across health and social care settings. Rubious have supported SiT for years, developing and maintaining our fabulous website and supporting us with other design requirements –  we have become accustomed to their friendly and accommodating but extremely professional approach in dealing with a difficult subject area with sensitivity – and the report produced for us this year was no exception. Rubious worked hard to understand our initial website needs. They met a very tight deadline to enable us to launch on time. Since then, our site has continued to develop, and the team have been able to respond quickly to any new requirements we have.

We have been dealing with Rubious for over five years. In that time we have found them quick to respond and easy to deal with. We particularly like the fact that they know all the technical stuff but don’t confuse us with technical terms.

When we first started our business we got a friend to do us a website which was very basic and didn’t serve much of a purpose apart from just being in cyberspace – to be honest I’d stopped pointing people in its direction because I was a bit embarrassed about it. 2 years on we couldn’t believe how quickly it had got outdated and was probably doing more harm than good.
